The profession of coaching is growing by leaps and bounds!  WHY?  Because people need a professional to whom they can speak ….with confidentiality and complete trust.

Coaching is like having a “personal trainer” for your life! It helps you stay on track with the things that are important to you.  A coach has no vested interest in any decision you make and they are not there to judge you.  A coach is 100% supportive of your goals and is there for you every step of the way! In the coaching, you and your coach work together to make things happen! The important thing is to find the right coach for you…  one who has years of experience in the topic area for which you are seeking them out.  You should also look for a coach who has graduated from an accredited formal coach school training program. 

Career coach, Janet Fagan, has over fifteen years in the human resource and career development arenas and has run several large corporate career centers, facilitating workshops, conducting assessments and coaching one-on-one with thousands of people.  Janet knows how to help people most effectively market and position themselves for their next job.  She helps people to find the career that is right for them and fits with their core values.   Janet holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and Education, is a  Certified Job & Career Transition Coach,  a graduate of the Coach for Life coaching school and a member of the International Coach Federation.
